Lefun LLC is excited to announce the opening of our new indoor play facility designed for children. Our expansive venue features a variety of play areas including soft play zones, slides, dedicated party rooms, a reading nook, a technology room, and a special section for toddlers.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic full-time and part-time store associates to join our team at this innovative children's entertainment center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with guests and deliver outstanding customer service by answering inquiries, assisting with questions, and promoting our offerings, including after-school programs, special events, and birthday celebrations.
  • Handle ticketing and merchandise transactions at the register, welcome guests upon arrival, guide first-time visitors through the waiver process, and encourage participation in our membership program.
  • Ensure the entrance, restrooms, and play areas are clean, organized, and safe, while monitoring guest activities to uphold safety regulations.
  • Prepare and serve pre-packaged snacks and beverages, while also performing cashier duties.
  • Act as a host for birthday parties, assisting parents in organizing the event by decorating, serving food and drinks, and managing clean-up.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma is required.
  • Availability for weekend shifts is preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in the children's industry or customer service is preferred.
  • A background in teaching or a passion for engaging with children through activities such as story time or after-school programs is a significant advantage.
  • Must possess patience and a genuine love for working with children.

Work Schedule: Flexible hours available.

Language Requirement: Bilingual (Korean and English)
