Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to our patients in a Senior Living setting.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to determine their rehabilitation potential and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Establish and implement safe treatment techniques, including transfers, positioning, feeding, splinting, paraffin bath, cryotherapy, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation.
  • Follow medical regimens and adhere to precautions for patients with specific conditions, such as THR, TKR, Cardiac, and Wound.
  • Complete discharge summaries for patients on their final visit to outpatient PT.
Requirements
  • Current Physical Therapist licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
