We are currently in search of enthusiastic Restaurant Operations Leaders to guide our Banditos restaurant team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and mentor the restaurant management team
  • Strategically plan and execute financial budgets
  • Ensure an outstanding guest experience
  • Foster the growth and development of team members
  • Drive business performance and manage costs effectively
  • Maintain operational excellence and quality standards
  • Build strong community relationships

Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a General Manager role
  • Expertise in cost management
  • Experience overseeing a comprehensive beverage program
  • Proficient in Excel and inventory management software

  • Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable transportation
