Job Description: Pizza Maker & Line Cook

  • Prepare and cook pizzas according to our established recipes and standards, ensuring consistent quality and flavor.
  • Operate a variety of kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, grills, and prep stations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Collaborate effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by fostering teamwork and communication.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a high-volume kitchen, preferably in a pizzeria or Italian restaurant setting.
  • Strong understanding of pizza preparation techniques, including dough handling and sauce making.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain composure during busy periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
