Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of environmental services staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and quality of work.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Manage and maintain all environmental services equipment and supplies.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including customer satisfaction and quality of work.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in environmental services or a related field, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and quality of work.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, with frequent standing, sitting, bending, and walking.
