Job Summary: We are seeking a highly qualified Department Chair for our Information Technologies program. The successful candidate will provide operational leadership and support for the academic programs, personnel, students, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor IT instructors.
• Assist with faculty evaluation and development.
• Promote access and community impact initiatives.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Support academic innovation and excellence.
• Collaborate with the Interim Dean to develop and implement strategic priorities.
• Oversee student learning assessment and accreditation initiatives.
• Manage IT program resources and budget.
• Represent the program and school in professional and community organizations.

Requirements:

• Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in higher education administration and teaching.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of technology and data analysis.
