Mohawk Industries Inc is seeking a skilled Credit Analyst I to join our team. As a Credit Analyst I, you will play a critical role in maintaining customer accounts, collections, and issuing credit for assigned regions.

• Train on credit menus within CAMS/AS400, SAP, and ON-DEMAND to review customer accounts and check prior orders.
• Learn payment channels and their requirements.
• Establish credit limits up to $35,000 for customers using guidelines and criteria.
• Reconcile, notify, and collect on delinquent accounts.
• Communicate with customers to resolve balances, account status, and due date discrepancies.
• Follow-up with customers to encourage payment of delinquent accounts and learn negotiation options.

• High school diploma or GED and 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service, banking, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Basic knowledge of credit and collections terms, concepts, and practices preferred.
• Knowledge of email, Microsoft Word, and Excel; search functionality and typing required.
• Prior experience with CAMS/AS400 and SAP is preferred.
