Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
  • Receive training in project management methodologies.
  • Hold a valid Professional Engineer license in Washington or be eligible to obtain one within two years.
  • Demonstrate experience in various project types, including water distribution, sewer systems, stormwater management, roadway design, and treatment facilities.
  • Exhibit versatility by managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Employ problem-solving skills to analyze tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Communicate clearly through strong writing and verbal skills.
  • Maintain attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
  • Work independently while also collaborating with team members.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and organizational skills is advantageous.
  • Construction experience is a plus.
  • Experience in the Washington area is preferred.
