Select Medical Rehabilitation Hospital-Temple seeks a highly skilled Director of Rehabilitation to lead our inpatient rehabilitation therapy services. As a member of the Rehabilitation Leadership Council, this leader will establish policies and procedures to ensure quality care and maximize profit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a framework to integrate and coordinate patient care services.
- Provide direction, expertise, and mentoring to facilitate the growth and development of inpatient rehabilitation therapy services.
- Ensure the design of patient care services is appropriate to the scope and level of care for the patients served.
Requirements:
- Current state licensure as a Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapist required.
- A minimum of seven years of experience as a therapist in an acute rehab setting, including five years supervisory experience required.
