Salary & Benefits

Job Description

This is a sales-focused role that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure. You will be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers professionally and proactively addressing their needs
  • Developing lasting relationships by treating customers with courtesy and respect
  • Conducting follow-up customer communication to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Selling tile and related products to exceed customer expectations
  • Understanding installation and use of all products to educate customers
  • Tracking store orders and providing customers with product updates
  • Presenting yourself in a professional manner at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A strong sense of design, including various styles, colors, and textures
  • Excellent people skills, with a drive to exceed expectations
  • The ability to work well in a fast-paced, commission sales environment
  • Basic mathematical and computer skills
  • The ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
