We are seeking dedicated and dependable individuals to become part of our expanding workforce. The Sanitation Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment, ensuring that our members have the best possible experience. This position is primarily overnight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meticulously clean and disinfect restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, and gym floors.
  • Ensure locker rooms are stocked with necessary supplies and paper products.
  • Efficiently manage waste disposal and recycling efforts.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor during member interactions.
  • Report any damaged or missing amenities or equipment to the Club Manager.
  • Adhere to the 'Lost and Found Policy' by turning in any lost member property to management.

Qualifications:

  • Previous custodial experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated punctuality and reliability.
  • Ability to work overnight shifts as required.

  • Exhibit professionalism in all interactions, using appropriate language and behavior.
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift.
  • Regular reaching with hands, fingers, and arms.
  • Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching.
  • Ability to lift items weighing over 50 pounds on occasion.
  • Exposure to potentially hazardous chemicals may occur.

Compensation:

The position offers a competitive wage of $16 per hour.
