About the Role

Providence Medford Medical Center is seeking an experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Medford, Oregon. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients in post-op and provide comprehensive care to optimize their surgical experience
  • Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • 3+ years of acute care experience as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Oregon
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
