We are seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team at JM Chandler Dream Builders. As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to our patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a full range of physician services, including examinations, diagnoses, and treatments, in accordance with privileges granted by the Medical Treatment Facility (MTF).
- Direct, perform, or assist in the instruction of other healthcare professionals within the scope of clinical privileges or responsibilities.
- Examine, diagnose, treat, or prescribe courses of treatment within the scope of training, experience, and privileges.
- Provide preventive and health maintenance care, including annual physicals, positive health behaviors, and self-care skills through education and counseling.
- Order diagnostic tests as applicable and request consultation or referral with appropriate physicians, clinics, or other health resources as indicated.
- Technically proficient in directing and teaching other medical staff, providing educational lectures, and participating in the provision of in-service training to clinic staff members.
- Education: M.D. or D.O.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a Family Practice setting within the past 5 years.
- License: Active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in any state.
- Board Certification: Board eligibility is required; board certification is preferred.
- Life Support Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required.
- Security: Must be able to pass a government background check and obtain a government security clearance.
The pay scale for this position is $115/hour to $185/hour, to be determined based on employment options, qualifications, experience, and location.
Work ScheduleThe work schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, 8.5 hours between 7:30am and 6pm, with no weekends, holidays, call, or callbacks.
