Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to achieve sales, profit, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Lead and develop a team of restaurant managers to ensure effective execution of restaurant operations.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, food costs, and other expenses to maintain profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular restaurant visits to assess performance and provide coaching and feedback to restaurant managers.
  • Develop and implement local marketing plans to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and training, to ensure effective execution of company initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of restaurant operations experience, preferably in a multi-unit restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to develop and lead a team of restaurant managers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with restaurant managers, employees, and customers.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College degree in a related field, such as business or hospitality.
  • Food safety certification.
  • Experience with restaurant management software and systems.
