Key Responsibilities

  • Design mockups and/or wireframes that conform to UX best practices.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in business analysis.
  • Strong writing and organization skills.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Prior experience with CRM tools such as SalesForce, Dynamics 365, etc.
  • Demonstrated work experience with the Modern Requirements tool.
  • Demonstrated work experience with Atlassian Jira.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience or familiarity with TEA applications and programs.
Additional Information

This position will be involved at some level throughout the entire software development life cycle.

The Business Analyst serves as the conduit between the program/customer community and the software development team through which requirements flow.
