Key Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in caregiving
- Background in assisted living, patient support, nursing home care, working with individuals with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer's care, direct support, and senior care
- First aid certification is preferred
- Ability to perform light housekeeping tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations is a plus
- Awareness of residents' rights and responsibilities
