State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) are essential to delivering outstanding nursing care. Today's Nursing Assistants are the future LPNs and RNs.

We currently have immediate openings for STNAs on Day & Night Shifts.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Assisting residents with daily hygiene tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
  • Supporting residents with positioning and mobility
  • Transporting residents as needed
  • Responding promptly to resident calls
  • Monitoring, reporting, and reacting to changes in resident conditions
  • Documenting care in residents' electronic medical records
  • Participating in required training and educational sessions
  • Helping residents during meal times

Qualifications Required:

  • Valid Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
  • Strong documentation abilities; experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is advantageous
  • Proven work history with excellent attendance
  • A positive demeanor and a genuine passion for elderly care
  • Patience, empathy, and compassion for those in need of assistance
