Key responsibilities include: Understanding client requirements and expectations, their business and sector, accounting and control systems, workforce, corporate values, and industry-specific GAAP and GAAS considerations Developing familiarity with the RSM audit methodology and tools Evaluating risks and analyzing the client's internal control framework Conducting substantive tests and internal control assessments to identify and rectify accounting or reporting discrepancies Preparing financial statements in accordance with established formats

Basic Qualifications: Completion of 90 credit hours Pursuing a B.A. / B.S. degree or equivalent from an accredited institution with a focus in Accounting Travel to client locations is necessary.

Access to reliable transportation to these locations is required. A minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred.
