Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately manage financial transactions, including cashing checks and processing deposits and withdrawals, while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities to introduce clients to our range of banking products and services, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Independently conduct daily cash settlements and proof operations.
  • Engage with customers through outreach efforts, addressing inquiries regarding their accounts.
  • Facilitate various payment processes, including loans and utility payments.
  • Offer services such as issuing money orders, cashier's checks, and traveler's checks.
  • Stay informed about regulations, policies, and internal controls, ensuring compliance at all times.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by management.

Required Qualifications

  • Reliable means of transportation for commuting.
  • Completion of High School Diploma or GED.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail to guarantee precision in all transactions.
  • Basic proficiency in math and computer skills for efficient task execution.
  • Ability to follow instructions and comply with established policies and procedures.
  • Previous experience in cash handling or customer service is advantageous.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

Physical Demands:

This position may require standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods. Candidates should be capable of using their hands and fingers, reaching, speaking, hearing, and occasionally lifting and moving up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities, including close vision and focus, are essential.
