### Role Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Greenville Health & Rehabilitation Center in North Carolina. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional hands-on care to our residents, helping them regain and maintain their optimal level of independence. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure we deliver the highest quality of care.

### Key Responsibilities

- Provide individualized care to residents according to their plans of care.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding residents as needed.
- Assist residents with mobility, including transferring and positioning them safely.
- Monitor residents' health status and vital signs, reporting any changes or concerns to the nurse.
- Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote their overall well-being.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized living environment for residents.
