About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Beverage Specialist to join our team at Spectra Experiences. As a key member of our ensemble arts team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through the preparation and serving of high-quality beverages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, and teas, to meet the needs of our discerning customers.
  • Operate espresso machines and other brewing equipment to create consistent and high-quality beverages that exceed customer expectations.
  • Ensure consistent drink quality and presentation by adhering to our high standards and guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about our beverage offerings.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency.
