Sterling Administrator

Cognizant is seeking a highly skilled Sterling Administrator to join our team. As a Sterling Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Sterling system, which is a critical component of our business operations.
Key Responsibilities- User Management: Manage user accounts, troubleshoot user issues, and ensure that users have the necessary permissions to perform their tasks.
- System Configuration: Configure and set up new FTP users, GIS requests, and other system settings as needed.
- Service Management: Restart and troubleshoot services, extract and replicate services, and set up new services as required.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot system issues, work with Level 1 support to resolve issues, and mentor Level 1 staff on new activities.
- Client Connectivity: Understand the client-Sterling connectivity and ensure that it is functioning properly.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, including experience with Sterling system, FTP, GIS, and other related technologies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary range of $49,000 to $100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Benefits: A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid holidays, paid time off, 401(k) plan, and long-term/short-term disability.
- Discretionary Incentive Program: Eligibility for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to applicable plans.
