About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Manager to join our growing team at GGB - Global. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to a range of clients, addressing issues from simple to complex.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take a leadership role in the renewal process to ensure high-quality and timely solutions are delivered to clients.
  • Secure existing business and drive the sale of additional services and lines of coverage.
  • Nurture relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Guide team members in addressing client risk management needs through consultative conversations.
  • Mentor team members through continuous learning, feedback, and talent development.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance standards and service levels are met.
  • Maintain accurate client and policy data within Gallagher systems.
  • Utilize Gallagher's technology to improve productivity and quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3+ years of client service and/or claims management experience.
  • OR High School degree/GED with a minimum 8+ years of client service and/or claims management experience.
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
