Job Overview

D-H Lebanon-MHMH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical Care Nurse to join our team as a Capacity Coordination Center Nurse. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will be responsible for coordinating patient care and ensuring seamless transitions between departments.

About the Role

This position requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to make critical decisions in high-pressure situations. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals and objectives, and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellent patient care.

Salary and Benefits

$44-$62 per hour, 0.90-36 hours per week. Our comprehensive benefits package includes competitive pay, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage patient flow and coordinate patient care to ensure efficient use of hospital resources.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote excellent patient care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Make critical decisions in high-pressure situations to optimize patient care and improve outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program required.
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) is strongly preferred.
  • 3 years of Critical Care experience strongly preferred.
  • Leadership experience desirable.
  • Previous computer experience required (Word, Windows, and Excel).
