We are seeking dedicated individuals to fill the role of Molding Press Operator. This position offers competitive starting pay rates based on shift:

  • 1st Shift - $16.75 / hour

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
  • Report any operational issues to Team Leaders or Supervisors
  • Perform additional assigned tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Proficient in reading and understanding English
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Consistent attendance is essential

Physical Requirements:

  • Capable of lifting up to 35 pounds
  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
