Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at McCoy Global USA, Inc. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and testing manufactured components in their final stage of production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and test manufactured components according to blueprints and assembly procedures
  • Connect auxiliary component parts, including cables, lines, and accessory units
  • Fits, trims, aligns, and adjusts parts and components
  • Grinds and tests installed parts and accessories for leakage, continuity, and functionality
  • Reworks, repairs, or replaces faulty components
  • Installs valve packages, gears, motors, or other structural assembly
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-year experience in mechanics, hydraulic, and electrical controls
  • Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is an asset
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to adhere to safety policies and procedures
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Basic computer literacy skills
