About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita Inc. in Steubenville, OH. As a Nurse in our outpatient dialysis center, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis machines
  • Work closely with Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
