Position Overview:
Under the guidance of the Housekeeping Supervisor, the Housekeeping Associate is tasked with upholding a 5-Star, 5-Diamond standard of cleanliness in all visible public spaces on guest floors and in back-of-house areas.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain cleanliness and organization of all public areas in guest view, including corridors, elevator landings, stairwells, and heart-of-house spaces such as service elevators and storage rooms.
2. Restock housekeeping carts with necessary linens, supplies, and amenities, and perform deep cleaning tasks as directed by the supervisor.
3. Deliver guest requests promptly and courteously, adhering to established service standards.

Safety and Compliance:
4. Ensure proper handling and usage of cleaning chemicals in accordance with OSHA regulations, including correct labeling of hazardous materials.
5. Maintain equipment and follow health and safety protocols diligently.

Team Collaboration:
6. Foster a collaborative work environment by motivating team members, sharing knowledge, and providing coaching throughout their employment journey.

Communication:
7. Report maintenance issues and guest requests to the appropriate personnel to ensure a seamless operation.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum of two years of experience in housekeeping within an upscale hotel setting is desirable.
- Must possess flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Knowledge of housekeeping techniques and productivity standards.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and address guest inquiries effectively.

Licenses:
- A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record is required.
