Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Lead to join our team at RJW Logistics. As an Inventory Control Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouses, ensuring that inventory is accurately tracked and reported, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff
• Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory-related issues
• Train and mentor junior staff on inventory procedures and best practices
• Utilize computer systems to track inventory movements and manage stock levels

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in inventory control or a related field
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with WMS software
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in logistics or business preferred

Estimated Salary:
$75,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience
