Job Title: Fitter Specialist

Overview
Sea Level Construction is seeking a skilled Fitter Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for assembling and securing pipes, tubes, fittings, and related equipment according to specifications.

Salary
$65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience.

Responsibilities
* Promote, execute, and adhere to the company's safety program.
* Examine blueprints and plan sequence of operation, applying knowledge of geometry, effects of heat, weld shrinkage, machining, and metal thickness.
* Assemble and secure pipes, tubes, fittings, and related equipment according to specifications by welding, brazing, cementing, soldering, and threading joints.
* Maintain quality that can pass NDT testing procedures.
* Perform fitting assignments in a safe and efficient manner practicing safety at all times.
* Operate applicable hand tools (chipping hammers, grinders, etc.).
* Operate high reaches or man lifts as required when having to perform fitting assignments above ground level.
* Follow instructions, written and/or verbal, with little or no supervision.
* Examine work pieces for defects and measure work pieces with straight edges or templates to ensure conformance with specifications.
* Perform other construction duties or tasks as required based on the company's needs.

Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED Diploma.
* Five or more years of experience preferred.
* Experience with reading blueprints preferred.
