About the Job

Cook Children's is seeking a Benefits Program Director to lead the development and implementation of employee benefit programs. This individual will be responsible for creating a comprehensive benefits strategy that supports the organization's mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise and provide thought partnership to the CEO and Chief Administrative Officer.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with senior leadership to develop solid partnerships.
  • Create buy-in and accountability among team members.
Requirements
  • 10+ years in Benefit roles with progressive responsibility.
  • 5+ years in a leadership role or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Estimated Salary

$130,000 - $190,000 per year, depending on experience.
