About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and cleanliness of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to spills, and operating floor scrubbers.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations to management.
  • Clean all areas of the facility, including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles, while following company procedures and guidelines.
  • Perform tasks as necessary to maintain a safe and clean environment, including disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with company environmental sustainability program.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
