We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Donation Attendant to join our team at Goodyear2 Store (Litchfield Rd. & Van Buren). As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, receiving donations, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding customer service to donors and customers, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Receive and process donations in a timely and efficient manner, following Goodwill's guidelines and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, production room, and donation area.
- Assist with loading and unloading merchandise onto/off trucks or trailers, as needed.
- Operate pallet jack and walkie stacker safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily safety inspections on company-owned equipment and report any issues or concerns.
- Participate in cross-training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to pass a forklift certification class and operate equipment safely.
- Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.
