Job Title: Database Administrator II

Oneida Technical Solutions, LLC is seeking a skilled Database Administrator II to join our team. As a key member of our IT division, you will be responsible for administering our organization's database, ensuring its performance and security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer organization's database, using database management system to organize and store data.
  • Ascertain user requirements, create computer databases, and test and coordinate changes.
  • Interact with development and end-user personnel to determine application data access requirements, transaction rates, volume analysis, and other pertinent data required to develop and maintain integrated databases.
  • Ensure performance of database.
  • Administer, test, and implement computer databases, applying knowledge of database management systems.
  • Coordinate changes to computer databases.
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to safeguard computer databases.
  • Maintain databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 years of professional experience administering, testing, and implementing computer databases
  • Secret clearance
