Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Providence Newberg Medical Center. As a CNA, you will provide non-professional direct patient care under the supervision and direction of an RN, utilizing the care plan. Our team is dedicated to providing patient-focused, whole-person care built on understanding, commitment, and mutual respect.

Responsibilities
  • Provide non-professional direct patient care under the supervision and direction of an RN
  • Utilize the care plan to ensure patient care is delivered in a safe and effective manner
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care to patients
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain certification and stay up-to-date on best practices
Requirements
  • Completion of certification course for Nursing Assistants
  • Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire
  • 1 year of experience in nursing home or hospital experience
