About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our team at the Norwood Office. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in patient care, contributing to both clinical and administrative functions.

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities include:
  1. Rooming patients and preparing them for exams
  2. Collecting and documenting patient history
  3. Assisting physicians with various procedures
  4. Obtaining lab results, testing reports, and hospital notes
  5. Maintaining exam rooms, procedure rooms, and equipment according to protocol
  6. Other duties as assigned

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • RMA or CMA or other Medical Credential preferred
  • EMR experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • 1-2 years of MA experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills are a must

Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this position is $37,440-$44,160, based on a 40-hour workweek and an hourly rate of $18-$21+. Additionally, you will be eligible for comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid holidays and over three weeks of paid time off.
