Job DescriptionThis role requires a strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, vendors, and management. You will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assisting with lease administration, including preparing lease documents and managing resident paperwork.
- Coordinating with maintenance staff to ensure prompt resolution of resident requests and issues.
- Participating in outreach marketing activities to promote our community and attract new residents.
- Performing administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in residential property management or customer service.
- Proficiency in personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other software applications.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
- A positive and professional demeanor, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
