Nurse Practitioner

Job Overview:

We are currently hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Galeton Health Center. This is a full-time day shift position, working Monday through Friday, with a consistent weekly schedule and no weekend or major holiday commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications, including oral, SQ, IM, and IV drip">
• Assess patient conditions and take vital signs and weight">
• Assist physicians with examinations, diagnostic procedures, and treatments">
• Document all activities, interventions, and patient responses in the medical record">

Requirements and Qualifications:

A graduate of an approved LPN school of nursing and one year of clinical experience are preferred. Current licensure either in the state where the facility is located or a multistate license issued by a participating NLC state is required.

Benefits and Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 per year, as well as a generous sign-on bonus, ranging from $5,000 to $7,500, depending on your level of experience. Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, are also available.
