Requirements:

  • Paint chip repair, wet sanding, and buffing experience in a body shop environment
  • Strong work ethic, flexibility, speed, and attention to detail
  • Toughness and grit to work outside in all kinds of weather
  • Physical stamina to kneel, bend, and squat, as well as lift up to 15 pounds
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. This position is primarily paid on a highly incentivized commission structure. The estimated first year compensation is between $50,000 and $60,000 annually. We offer a competitive and comprehensive benefit package, including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) match.
