We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team, focusing on developing and maintaining programs and systems that shift maintenance and operation to a proactive, data-driven, and condition-based asset management approach.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Reliability Strategies
- Conduct failure mode and effect analysis to develop maintenance plans and assess PPM effectiveness
- Develop mechanics' capability in reliability improvement and define RCFA trigger points & implement corrective plans
- Analyze equipment criticality & failure data for improvement and lead reliability improvement teams & physical failure analysis
- Collaborate with plant engineering on Design for Reliability principles and assess effectiveness of QA practices
- Ensure appropriate inspection technologies are used and review inspection reports and analyze data
- Use Risk Based Inspection methodologies for inspections
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or other engineering degree with 5-10 years of chemical industry experience
- Detailed knowledge of maintenance activities and equipment design
- Understanding of industry standards for equipment
- Proficiency in Reliability tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and team building skills
EHS Responsibilities
- Promote Safety/Health as the top priority and participate in risk assessment audits
- Understand PQ Principles and implement them and complete HSE training requirements
Travel
- Travel up to 50%
