Job Summary:

As a Cart & Janitorial Associate at Walmart, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cart Retrieval: Gather carts from the parking lot and return them to their designated areas.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean restrooms, salesfloor, and parking lot as needed to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Front-End Service: Be part of the Front-End Service team, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive first and last impression for customers.

Requirements:

  • Positive Attitude: Demonstrate a positive attitude in all weather conditions.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.
