Temporary Staff Position

About the Role

Saint Mary's College of California invites applications for a temporary staff position in Quality Curriculum Design in the department of Nursing. This position will focus on building and redesigning the clinical model, incorporating nursing-sensitive indicators, CMS regulations, Title 22, and 16 standards within the curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clinical partners to redesign the clinical model
  • Incorporate clinical aspects of change into simulation and theory instruction
  • Work with the department of Nursing to develop and implement curriculum changes
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clinical partners

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Nursing
  • Extensive hospital leadership experience at the executive level
  • Current and unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse in the state of California
  • Experience working in quality curriculum design
  • Demonstrated experience in designing, managing, and evaluating programs
  • Demonstrated record of interprofessional collaboration
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and work effectively with a diverse community of students, staff, faculty, and administrators
  • Experience in using computers and other technologies for teaching and learning

Salary Information

$55.00 per hour
