Covenant Health Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at the Urology Specialists of East Tennessee & Fort Sanders Regional clinic. As an Outpatient Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care within an outpatient setting.

Job Responsibilities

This role requires a minimum of three (3) years of professional nursing experience, with a valid Tennessee RN license. You will work closely with patients, physicians, and other care team members to deliver exceptional patient experiences. About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Prepare patients for scheduled procedures and assist in patient assessment.
  • Create nursing history and discuss recommendations for appropriate interventions with practitioners.
  • Resolve complex patient/management/physician problems without direct supervision.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for patients/families during their visit, monitoring and ensuring accuracy of recording on patient medical records, and maintaining all required reports, records, statistics, and ensuring an adequate stock of supplies and well-maintained equipment.

What We Offer
