About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to join our team as a Direct Care Worker. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of local seniors and disabled adults.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide personal care and companionship to our clients in their own homes. This may include assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
  • Assist with household chores and meal preparation
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a personal care assistant
  • CPR/First Aid Training certified
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A valid driver's license/photo ID
  • Background Check required
  • PPD/Chest X-ray
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual / Multilingual
  • Hoyer lifts / Gait belts
