Job SummaryWe are seeking a Certified Medication Aide to join our team at The Meadows at Ashland. As a CMA, you will be responsible for setting up and administering medications under the direction and supervision of a Charge Nurse, and assisting residents with activities of daily living.
Responsibilities- Set up and administer medications under the direction and supervision of a Charge Nurse.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and positioning in and out of bed.
- Prepare residents for meals and snacks, and assist with resident recreation programs.
- Read and follow daily care plans, and perform assigned restorative and rehabilitative procedures.
- Report changes in resident condition to the Nurse in charge, and document care provision on resident records.
- Certified as a Certified Medication Tech (CMT) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA).
- Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state.
- High school or equivalent.
- Professional enthusiastic attitude, strong communication skills, and self-motivation.
- Competitive starting wage of $20.00/hr, with increases based on experience.
- Daily pay.
- Benefits, including Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Holiday Pay.
- Generous sign-on bonus.
