Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CT Technologist to join our team at CHI Health St. Elizabeth. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality computed tomography scans and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Properly assess patients and their abilities to participate in ordered procedures
  • Select and operate the proper equipment, setting correct technical factors and gathering necessary supplies
  • Obtain clear and complete patient histories and record data for image interpretation and future encounters
  • Perform quality assessments of images obtained and evaluate equipment issues, reporting findings to supervisors
  • Ensure all equipment is in working order at the beginning of the day and prior to procedures
Requirements
  • Graduate of a Radiologic Technology program
  • ARRT Board Certified in Radiology
  • Valid Medical Radiography or General Radiology Technologist Permit to Practice license in Nebraska or Iowa
  • ARRT Board Certified in CT within 2 years of hire
  • BLS from the American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on CT experience
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and writing skills
  • Ability to set and maintain multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
