Compensation Package

We offer a guaranteed base salary of $250,000+, with uncapped bonus potential. Additionally, you'll be eligible for attractive sign-on bonuses, relocation services, and student loan repayment assistance.

Job Summary

We're seeking an Orthodontist to join our growing team. As a Smile Shaper, you'll provide orthodontic services to patients with the support of your team. Our practice features cutting-edge technology, including DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex units, and fiber-optic handpieces. You'll work with a diverse patient base, primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% adult population depending on location.

Responsibilities

  • Provide orthodontic services to patients with the support of your team
  • Collaborate with hygienists, hygiene assistants, and dental assistants to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in activities promoting a positive image of the company and community involvement
  • Maintain accurate records and stay up-to-date with continuing education requirements

Requirements

  • DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
  • Certificate of completion from an accredited post-graduate Orthodontic Program
  • Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
  • Nitrous Oxide certification (optional)
