We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Steve Napleton Auto Group.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and in accordance with dealership and factory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle problems, using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise explanations of work completed and any additional work required.
  • Work collaboratively with other technicians and support staff to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technical developments and advancements in the automotive industry.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a good standing MVR.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with diagnostic software.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
