Jurisdiction and Responsibilities: You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the college, including academic programs, administrative functions, and student services. Requirements and Qualifications: To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have a Master's degree or Ph.D. in Education or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within higher education. Proven track records of academic innovation, fundraising success, and strategic planning will be highly valued. A strong understanding of educational technology, data-driven decision-making, and community engagement principles is essential. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility among various stakeholders. As a dynamic and visionary leader, you will be able to inspire and motivate teams, drive change initiatives, and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
