Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a proactive team member to join our Consumer Lending Product team as a Funding Analyst. This position provides a chance to deepen your knowledge in digital lending and embedded finance while managing funding operations for FinTechs and specialty lenders associated with Customers Bank.
Main Duties Include:
- Overseeing funding processes, transaction settlements, and product deployment
- Participating in strategic projects to improve our funding offerings and business lines
- Implementing automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in financial services product management or similar fields
- Expertise in financial systems and operational processes
- Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines or equivalent professional experience
- Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities
- Detail-oriented with a keen interest in product mechanics and digital lending
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, relational databases, API connectivity platforms, and Agile methodologies
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
